Terms of Use

Last updated · June 10, 2026

The house rules. Short, because Dailies is the morning paper, not a courtroom drama.

The deal

Dailies is Big Shot Pictures’ internal daily brief, provided to our staff and invited collaborators. By signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t sign in.

Your account

Access is through your company Google account. Keep it secure; what happens under your sign-in is on you. Because Dailies is an internal tool, we may suspend or revoke access at any time — for example when a production wraps or an engagement ends.

Production materials are confidential

What you see in Dailies — cuts, key art, schedules, notes, who is asking whom for what — is unreleased production material. Treat it as confidential, don’t share it outside the production, and remember that any NDA you have signed still applies in full.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t probe, overload, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the service or its security.
  • Don’t upload anything unlawful or that isn’t yours to share.
  • Only connect calendars you have the right to read — yours, not somebody else’s.

Third-party services

Google sign-in and Google Calendar are Google’s services and carry Google’s own terms. Calendar connections are optional and revocable any time in Settings.

The brief is informational

Schedules, runways, and deadlines in Dailies are best-effort renderings of the sources you connect. Verify the critical ones — the picture lock, the flight — against the source calendar.

No warranty

Dailies is provided “as is” for internal workflow, with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Big Shot Pictures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top moves when we do, and continued use means acceptance. Questions go to privacy@bigshotpictures.com.
